Through a lower barrel entry proof and meticulous blending, Angel's Envy Cask Strength Bottled-in-Bond bourbon is aged for nearly six years. Boasting a toasted golden hue and complex flavor profile, this release can be enjoyed both neat or on the rocks.
Color: Toasted Gold
Nose: Lightly caramelized sugar, vanilla wafers, banana pudding.
Palate: Sweet, rounded, and balanced, with notes of honey latté, fruit syrup, and toasted oak.
Finish: Rounded and soft. Gently fades, begging for a second sip.
