This batch started as an accident at the distillery when a 6-month bourbon was mixed into a tank of 8-year light whiskey; two batches never meant to be together. The accidental blend was returned to used casks and left to age.

It rested another eight years before bottling.

Final makeup:

• ~70% 18-year light whiskey
• Bourbon component at 11 years
• Bottled at 62.2% ABV

From the same stocks as Dancing Goats In Lieu of Flowers release; just older and more developed. 

This is proof that not every mistake needs fixing.
