Introducing...the FIRST HAZMAT pick of Central Standard’s Double Platinum Cabin Strength!

NOSE

Rich, creamy caramel leads the way, followed by vanilla, butterscotch, and a deep, dark jam sweetness. Think of that thick layer of dark jam on a PB&J sandwich packed for a cold morning in the deer stand.

PALATE

Rich, sweet oak, vanilla, and buttery caramel with a warming cinnamon kick. Imagine a cinnamon-spiced Werther’s Original pulled from that old, hand-carved oak candy bowl sitting on the table at deer camp.

Compared to lower-proof Cabin Strength releases, the sweetness takes a little longer to emerge. Toward the back end, a wonderful spiced dark jam develops, with a subtle hint of red licorice.

It’s a fantastic blend of sweet and heat, delivering those classic bourbon flavors turned up a few notches!
